This page explains how users of Combo Castle and Golden Nugget Club can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to support@goldennugget.club.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your account.
We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account profile information.
Email address associated with the game account.
Saved game progress.
Level completion records.
Coins, stars, inventory items, and rewards.
Achievements and leaderboard-related records associated with the account.
Cloud save data and gameplay history associated with the account.

What Data May Be Retained

Limited technical, security, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records may be retained when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

Retention Period

Account and gameplay data are generally deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request is received and processed. Any retained information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operational, or legal purposes.
